Kenneth attended Queens College, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree
in Accounting in 1959. He obtained his law degree, cum laude, from
New York University in 1962 and then served as Law Clerk to the Honorable
J. Spencer Bell of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth
Circuit followed by a stint in military service as a Captain and Judge
Advocate with the U.S. Air Force. After leaving the Air Force,
Kenneth practiced law for eight years in New York.
Kenneth later joined Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, in Woodbridge, New
Jersey, where he practiced for 17 years. He has experience in a wide
range of securities, financial and equity transactions, corporate planning
and real estate. Kenneth is admitted to the Bars of New York [1963] and
New Jersey [1974].
His practice areas include commercial and corporate law, securities
registrations, filings and exempt offerings, finance, and all aspects of
real estate law, including leasing and purchase and sale of commercial and
residential properties. Ken believes in and practices a hands-on and
interactive approach to problem solving in close cooperation with his
clients.
